Most people suffer from respiratory issues this time of year. And it tends to be a redundant problem that gets worse and more and more suffer every year. The feeling creeps in just about every time the person ‘feels like they need a smoke’.
The good news is, once one begins to strengthen the lungs, once one begins to strengthen the respiratory system, this negative emotion tends to dissipate and they are able to let it, rather than thinking ‘it is easier said than done’.

- Drink plenty of non-dairy fluids, like WATER
- homemade blended natural fruit juices made from organic
frozen berries are great also and should be used frozen rather than using fresh berries since many times they may be moldy and increase Candida Albicans (yeast overload that contributes to allergies, etc.)
- Light vegetable broths are ideal also
- STOP DRINKING COW’S MILK AND EATING ALL DAIRY, at least until feeling better, for a minimum of two weeks. Cow’s milk and dairy products increase phlegm. They cause constipation also and this contributes to more sinus problems and head mucous congestion.
