8 Results To Expect From A Cleansing & Detoxification Program

Detoxification and Cleansing.  Doesn’t ‘cleansing’ negativity and bad health remnants sound like the right thing to do physically and spiritually?  And don’t we all want to Prevent Disease?  How can we think of preventing disease if we don’t consider using tools such as Detoxification?

According to the website search.epa.gov, 80% of people’s exposure to chemicals occurs in the HOME. EPA (5 year study)– many homes had chemical levels 70 times higher than that of outside air. Common household cleaners are 3 times more likely to cause cancer than outdoor air pollution.

What about Children and Toxic Exposure?

The book, ‘Textbook of Children’s Environmental Health’ written by Landrigan Philip, published this year 2014, states how ‘in studying a cohort of inner city children in New York City, my colleagues and I are finding that many of the children were exposed prenatally to various air pollutants, pesticides, endocrine-disrupting chemicals, and metals. By age 7 years, 25% of the children were overweight or obese, more than 25% had a diagnosis of asthma, and 15% had experienced delayed cognitive or motor development that could affect their ability to learn. One boy in the study is affected by asthma and developmental problems. Biomarkers in his cord blood showed measurable exposure to a number of toxic chemicals.’

And What About Sex Toys And Sexual Lubricants?

According to,’When Sex Goes Toxic’, ‘most sexual intimate toys and sexual lubricants are chock full of toxic ingredients like parabens, sodium benzoate, glycerin, petrochemicals and even propylene glycol—a common ingredient in brake fluid! Recent studies have also shown that many such products — especially personal lubes — can seriously damage the cell lining, potentially enhancing our susceptibility to sexually-transmitted bags o’ fun like gonorrhea, Chlamydia, syphilis, genital herpes, hepatitis B and, of course, HIV.’

‘According to market research firm Iri, Americans plunk down roughly $200 million annually on lube alone, a substance that sort of faces Food and Drug Administration scrutiny but not necessarily in the ways you might expect. That’s because the FDA classifies lube as something “to lubricate a body orifice to facilitate entry of a diagnostic or therapeutic device.” (And if that doesn’t get you all hot and bothered nothing will.)’

‘The problem with classifying lubricants this way, as a de facto medical device, is twofold. First, thanks to the glorious idiosyncrasies of language, such products only face FDA scrutiny if they explicitly portend to be “vaginal lubricants.” Such a stipulation imposes a stipulation that the manufacturer must submit a host of applications (called “510k clearances”) to the FDA. But it doesn’t necessarily mean it has to prove the product is safe for repeat contact.’

‘Second, companies that don’t explicitly state their products are intended for vaginal lubrication — even if everybody knows they are — face barely any regulation at all. So, unless people’s junk starts spontaneously bursting into flames after rubbing on some Liquid Sexy Heat, most manufacturers just keep on peddling.’

‘From a toxicity perspective, we know that many intimate-use products currently on the market (most of which come from China, by way of Unregulatedville) contain a host of parabens. Parabens are known endocrine disruptors, and endocrine disruptors have, for some time, been linked to birth defects, reduced sperm count, tumors, immune deficiencies and a seemingly endless list of nasty business, like the “feminization of boys.”’

‘Furthermore, while the U.S. lags behind regulating the toxins we come in contact with, the entire European Union is seeking to ban parabens in any product meant for children under 6 years old. Officials at the World Health Organization, meanwhile, have stated outright that endocrine disruptors can potentially lead to “obesity, infertility or reduced fertility, learning and memory difficulties, Type 2 diabetes and cardiovascular disease, as well as a variety of other diseases.”’

‘“We don’t have categorical proof that the toxic substances found in (these products) will kill you,” admits Dr. Peter Anton, who recently co-authored an in-depth study on lubricant use. “But if you could easily avoid them why wouldn’t you?”‘

Endometriosis: It’s Painful And Attacks Other Organs


Some women, during their monthly period (menstruation),  bleed severely heavy from the vagina, and sometimes from the rectum.  Most times this is caused by Endometriosis. 

And what is Endometriosis exactly? It is an inflammation, many times a severe inflammation, caused by endometrial tissue that is not shed properly during menstruation.  This tissue escapes the uterus and spreads and attacks other organs in the body such as:  lymph nodes, fallopian tubes, ovaries, bladder, kidneys, rectum,  and lungs.  Excessive pain develops when, with time,  the tissue thickens and breaks down to bleeding. Research shows 40-55%  of infertility in American women is due to Endometriosis.  And, scar tissue builds up,  increasing the risk of uterine and even breast fibroids.

Studies also show a link between Fibromyalgia and Chronic Fatigue Syndrome following an endometriosis diagnosis. Western conventional medicine focuses on prescribing chemical hormone medications with side effects that include:  acne,  unwanted facial and body hair growth, and hot flashes.

6 Questions to Ask Yourself To Know If You Need a Lung & Respiratory Cleanse

Most people suffer from respiratory issues this time of year. And it tends to be a redundant problem that gets worse and more and more suffer every year. Cold symptoms are an alarm that indicates the body is overloaded with toxins and waste. The Lancet states ‘the common cold and influenza (flu) are the most common syndromes of infection in human beings.’

Here are some of the latest statistics published in Right Diagnosis:

Incidence (annual) of Common Cold: 62 million cases (NIAID); 23.6 per 100 (NHIS96); estimated 1 billion colds in the USA annually; Children get 6-10 yearly, adults 2-4 yearly; over 60’s less than 1 a year.

Incidence Rate: approx 1 in 4 or 22.79% or 62 million people in USA [about data]

Incidence extrapolations for USA for Common Cold: 62,000,000 per year, 5,166,666 per month, 1,192,307 per week, 169,863 per day, 7,077 per hour, 117 per minute, 1 per second.

Is your body showing signs that it needs a lung and respiratory cleanse? Here are 6 questions you need to ask yourself to know if you need one:

  1. Do you have a chronic phlegm producing cough?

Another aspect that deals with lung and respiratory system challenges is the harboring of certain emotions, especially, the emotion of Survival.  Holistic medicine teaches us that the emotion of Survival, feeling overwhelmed, feeling as though one is drowning, is a catalyst and a trigger to beginning to suffer with respiratory challenges. It is taught that this many times is the root cause that turns on problems in the lungs and respiratory system like a light switch.  It is also noted that this overwhelming feeling of, ‘am I going to make it, life is too difficult, can I endure this, this is too much for me’, is the feeling that tends to overcome the person when they have a negative habit that affects the respiratory system, as in smoking.  The feeling creeps in just about every time the person ‘feels like they need a smoke’.

The good news is, once one begins to strengthen the lungs, once one begins to strengthen the respiratory system, this negative emotion tends to dissipate and they are able to let it, rather than thinking ‘it is easier said than done’.

Now, what can you do to avoid getting sick constantly?…

  • Drink plenty of non-dairy fluids, like WATER
  • homemade blended natural fruit juices made from organic
    frozen berries are great also and should be used frozen rather than using fresh berries since many times they may be moldy and increase Candida Albicans (yeast overload that contributes to allergies, etc.)
  • Light vegetable broths are ideal also
  • STOP DRINKING COW’S MILK AND EATING ALL DAIRY, at least until feeling better, for a minimum of two weeks. Cow’s milk and dairy products increase phlegm. They cause constipation also and this contributes to more sinus problems and head mucous congestion.
