Healthy Sex, Toxins, Sexual Lubricants, And Sex Toys

It’s natural to want to have a diverse and uninhibited sexual experience with your partner. And if that includes sex toys, so be it. But what most people don’t know is how to be safe from health risks with these intimacy enhancements.

According to the article, ‘When Sex Goes Toxic’, and we quote: ‘most sexual intimate toys and sexual lubricants are chock full of toxic ingredients like parabens, sodium benzoate, glycerin, petrochemicals and even propylene glycol — a common ingredient in brake fluid! Recent studies have also shown that many such products — especially (commercial) personal lubes — can seriously damage the cell lining, potentially enhancing our susceptibility to sexually-transmitted bags o’ fun like Gonorrhea, Chlamydia, Syphilis, Genital Herpes, Hepatitis B and, of course, HIV.’ ‘According to market research firm Iri, Americans plunk down roughly $200 million annually on lube alone, a substance that sort of faces Food and Drug Administration scrutiny but not necessarily in the ways you might expect.

That’s because the FDA classifies lube as something “to lubricate a body orifice to facilitate entry of a diagnostic or therapeutic device.” (And if that doesn’t get you all hot and bothered nothing will.)’ ‘The problem with classifying lubricants this way, as a de facto medical device, is twofold. First, thanks to the glorious idiosyncrasies of language, such products only face FDA scrutiny if they explicitly portend to be “vaginal lubricants.” Such a stipulation imposes a stipulation that the manufacturer must submit a host of applications (called “510k clearances”) to the FDA. But it doesn’t necessarily mean it has to prove the product is safe for repeat contact.’ ‘Second, companies that don’t explicitly state their products are intended for vaginal lubrication — even if everybody knows they are — face barely any regulation at all. So, unless people’s junk starts spontaneously bursting into flames after rubbing on some Liquid Sexy Heat, most manufacturers just keep on peddling.’

And more from the article and what studies have shown: ‘From a toxicity perspective, we know that many intimate-use products currently on the market (most of which come from China, by way of Unregulatedville) contain a host of parabens. Parabens are known endocrine disruptors, and endocrine disruptors have, for some time, been linked to birth defects, reduced sperm count, tumors, immune deficiencies and a seemingly endless list of nasty business, like the “feminization of boys.”’ ‘Furthermore, while the U.S. lags behind regulating the toxins we come in contact with, the entire European Union is seeking to ban parabens in any product meant for children under 6 years old. Officials at the World Health Organization (WHO), meanwhile, have stated outright that endocrine disruptors can potentially lead to “obesity, infertility or reduced fertility, learning and memory difficulties, Type 2 diabetes and cardiovascular disease, as well as a variety of other diseases.”’ ‘“We don’t have categorical proof that the toxic substances found in (these products) will kill you,” admits Dr. Peter Anton, who recently co-authored an in-depth study on lubricant use. “But if you could easily avoid them why wouldn’t you?”‘

With that said, what healthy lubricant substances can one use to help lubricate sex toys without the risk of toxicity? And could there possibly be something that can work as preventative and treatment of STDs? Some people have found just that. SILVER SHIELD GEL is a gel derived from Aqua Sol Technology for recurrent daily use and has been shown to be an effective cleaning agent, promoting natural hydration and moisturizing the skin. It is non-toxic, poses no risk of contamination, is made with food-grade ingredients, and contains no alcohol. It is patented (patent no. 7,135,195) and to acquire such patent the studies proved its antimicrobial and antiviral properties. This gel is recommended by Naturopaths and Holistic practitioners in treatments of and prevention of STDs, and to treat and prevent other health challenges of the reproductive systems.  And it is a Vegan product!

The best lubricant should be something that has no negative effects on the body, should act as a healthy treatment of the reproductive system each time it is used, and should help prevent disease. Finally, a lubricant has been developed that does just that. Yes, it is possible to have non-toxic sex with your partner utilizing intimacy enhancements that can be fun, help you both express yourself, and can create more of a bond and emotional connection.

Yeast Infections, Trichomonas, Bacterial Vaginosis, & More…

Newly updated.

Candida auris is a type of yeast causing severe infections in healthcare facilities and hospitalized patients in various countries.  This yeast is known to spread throughout the body by entering the bloodstream and causes other infections.  According to the CDC, an article published Nov. 4, 2016 states: ‘Candida auris has caused bloodstream infections, wound infections, and ear infections. It also has been isolated from respiratory and urine specimens, but it is unclear if it causes infections in the lung or bladder.’

Here is more…

Yeast infections. First, let’s begin with the women. Over 30 million women a year are diagnosed with them. That’s 75% of all adult women who will have had at least 1 vaginal yeast infection according to the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases. Of the 75%, 40-45% develop 2 or more infections in their lifetime. Yeast infections can be passed on from kissing also. Yes. It’s true. The bacteria is passed on in the saliva, and can cause stomach discomforts and symptoms such as nausea and vomiting, and can develop into mouth sores. Make sure the person you are kissing brushes, flosses, and uses antiseptic mouthwashes often. And when we’re talking vaginal yeast infections, we’re not talking about just one kind…

Vaginal yeast infections are many. A common characteristic of Candidiasis or Vaginal Candida is a vaginal smell of beer or bread, at times fishy, and a vaginal discharge with redness and itching all around the genitalia.

Leukorrhea is a yeasty infection when normal vaginal acidity is disrupted. leucorrhea symptoms are of inflamed, itchy vaginal tissues, a yeasty foul discharge, and sex is painful.

Trichomonas is known as a parasite passed on during intercourse. With Trichomonas the discharge is foamy, severely itchy, yellow and has a foul odor.

Vulvitis is an allergic reaction, fungal or bacterial infection that brings on a vulva inflammation. Vulvitis shows signs of swelling, itching, and redness with fluid-filled blisters in the vagina.

Bacterial Vaginosis– grows and thrives when vaginal pH is disturbed and thrown out of balance. A woman must be careful if she has anal sex. If fecal matter enters the vaginal tract, this bacteria can bring upon Bacterial Vaginosis and develop moderate itchiness and have a foul, fishy odor with white discharge. It may be surprising to many, but men get yeast infections! That’s right. As much as 13-16% of men get yeast infections. If a man has exposed himself, and had unprotected intercourse with an infected partner he can develop a Candida Penis Infection.

Candida Penis Infection infects the tip of the penis. And this infection is like a ping-pong effect. When one person gets treated, the other re-infects that partner and the infection keeps bouncing back and forth between them. This infection can cause: prostatitis (inflammation of the prostate), frequent urination, an inability to urinate, a dribble effect when urinating, and even a loss of sexual interest. Men who are most at risk are those with Diabetes.

So what are the causes of yeast infections? Using antibiotics for long periods of time, or prolonged exposure to antibiotics that weaken the immune system and cause imbalanced hormones. Spermicidal cream Nonoxynol 9 which aggravates Candida infections and kills the good friendly bacteria that protects the vagina and support good balanced pH. Candida is also caused by birth control pills and steroid drugs, eating TOO MUCH bread, a high sugar, refined carbohydrate rich diet, and a lifestyle very short on rest.

Eliminate the following foods for 4-6 weeks: Sugar and commercial sweeteners (except Xylitol or Stevia), trashed baked goods or gluten bread, dairy products (except for plain organic yogurt or kefir) fried foods, pickled, smoked, dried or cured meats, potatoes (all white, red, sweet) nuts, nut butters, mushrooms, fruits and fruit juices (except grapefruits, lemons, limes, frozen berries) dried or candied fruits, black tea, coffee, carbonated beverages, alcohol, vinegar, ND foods with vinegar. Avoid smoking tobacco, steroid drugs, antibiotics, and birth control pills.

DO EAT: steamed veggies (broccoli, onions, etc.) organic meats like poultry, seafood (well-cooked, not raw) olive oil.

When you use the recommended natural therapy program in 1-2 weeks you will feel the body begin to balance itself; foul odors are reduced or eliminated, vaginal discharge is diminished, irritations are reduced or eliminated, etc. Be careful of eating the wrong foods again too quickly. It will most likely be best to keep them at a reduced amount or cut them completely from your diet. Your body will let you know what does not agree with you…

Use the following combination of natural therapy solutions to treat yeast:

PARA CLEANSE (this must be used if dealing with Trichomonas)

SILVER SHIELD GEL (apply inside the mouth and/or on yeast/candida sores in mouth from infection, apply to affected skin area, or insert vaginally until finished, about 2 weeks).

Use the above natural therapy supplements for at least 4-6 weeks.

STDs- Cervical Dysplasia, Condyloma and Venereal Warts

Let’s talk STDs that many suffer with, and yet do not discuss enough…

Cervical dysplasia, precancerous cervical lesions is the newest sexually transmitted epidemic. It is silent, often unknown by the infected person.

Venereal Warts (HPV- Genital Warts), is known as one of the most common STD’s that infects ovaries, Fallopian tubes, cervix, uterus, vagina and anal areas. Infertility is a common result. Two extremely contagious sexually transmitted viruses are involved, Human Papilloma Virus (Condyloma warts), and Herpes Simplex II (HSV), because these viruses also play a role in cervical cancer. Both conditions result in abnormal cells. Another reason one may have precancerous cells is because of long term use of birth control pills because they deplete folic acid; both can possibly increase risk of anal cancer.
Early age of first intercourse, multiple sexual partners, a fast-food based, nutrient-poor diet and smoking are common risk factors.

Be aware that GARTISIL, the HPV vaccines are not recommended for women over the age of 26 and has limited effectiveness in young girls. Side effects include temporary pain and swelling at the injection site, fever, headache, nausea and dizziness. Most HPV cases are contracted in a women’s 20’s. The vaccines series, given to girls as young as 9, has only been proven effective for about 5 years. In my opinion, we still don’t know the detrimental side effects later on in life after a young girl receives this vaccine. And from the negative history of vaccines in general, I would recommend thinking twice about introducing this into your child’s body.

  • Heavy and painful periods
  • Bleeding between periods
  • Pain during intercourse
  • Itchy warts

A nutritional therapy plan is a must. Encourage strong immune response against dysplasia: increase fresh fruits, vegetables, especially veggies and leafy greens. Eat high fiber complex carbohydrates as protective factors. Add high folic acid foods into your diet like beans, whole wheat and other whole grains. Drink a lot of vegetable juices, especially carrot juice.

Eliminate smoking, excess alcohol, and oral contraceptives to prevent new contact with HPV or HSV II (Genital Herpes).

Use the following natural therapy plan to help the body heal, and fight off viral presence and disease:

SILVER SHIELD GEL – inserted vaginally.

Have Blisters? Had Chicken Pox? Think Shingles.

CF6PF6 Shingles in an adult male, age 50

CF6PF6 Shingles in an adult male, age 50

Newly updated July 11, 2016.

Did you know over 1 million Americans over the age of 50 are diagnosed  with Shingles every year? Unfortunately, many are in the dark about exactly what shingles is and where it stems from. Shingles are the eruption of an acute nervous system infection caused by the HERPES ZOSTER virus. This is the same that causes chicken pox.
Symptoms present themselves as the following:

  • Infectious herpes type blisters appear on the body torso.
  • Flu-like symptoms are felt such as fever, headaches and upset stomach.
  • Scarring, numbness, and skin discoloration often result as well.
  • You may be prone to shingles if you had chicken pox as a child.

One out of ten people who had chicken pox as children develop shingles later in their life time. The number one cause of shingles is a reaction to certain medications, usually multiple medications, especially antibiotics like penicillin.

HC1 (hydrochloric acid) depletion is common. HCl is required for the body to ionize minerals in the food so that the body can absorb them. HIVES are the same type of itchy blisters, but are caused by an allergic reaction to a chemical, like chlorinated drinking water, or foods such as dairy products, shellfish, wheat, MSG, or food colorings and additives. Stress, and an overloaded, exhausted liver, and lowered immunity also trigger outbreaks.

DO YOU HAVE SHINGLES SIGNS? Signs include: fever, chills, and a desperate, anxious feeling that overcomes the person right before very inflamed, painful, swollen, red skin blisters develop. Pain radiates along one or several nerves preceding outbreaks; attacks last from 2 days to about 2-3 weeks, leaving the person with very irritated nerves, fever, chills, fatigue, and weakness after blisters are gone.

***BE AWARE*** Shingles can be passed on to a person that has not had chickenpox.

Click each of the following links for the natural herbal therapy combination I recommend for Shingles to strengthen the immune system, reduce inflammation, pain, and help the body fight off viral presence:

Are You A Host To Parasites?

Newly updated Jan.18, 2016.

So, we learn within Naturopathic, Holistic, and Traditional Chinese Medicine that there is no Cancer without a presence of parasites… Let me repeat that statement: ‘There is no Cancer without a presence of parasites.’ Even Candida Yeast infections are caused by a parasite. And Candida is an underlying cause of Chronic Fatigue Syndrome. In other words, I’ve begun this article with all these hard facts because I want it to be made very clear that Parasites are very much a large cause of a large range of ailments and diseases from slight and mild ones to severe, life-threatening ones.

In the article, ‘Parasites and Cancer’, a Dr. Raphael D’Angelo did some research stating:

‘In a recent month I tested 54 stool specimens. Roundworm eggs were present in 25 people; half were infested with yeast and most had one or more protozoans. What is remarkable is that all the cancer patients had parasites and of those without cancer only one was parasite free!’

It’s been found that humans can be hosts to OVER 130 types of parasites. A staggering close to 90% of people in the US have had parasites at some point in their lives. And over 52 million children in the US are infected. As many as close to 25% of parents become infected by parasites by catching it from their own children.

So what are the signs of parasite infestation?

  • Do you or your child grind your teeth at night when you sleep?
  • Do you or your child have an unrestful sleep pattern that includes moving around the bed constantly? Awaking the next morning off your pillow in a completely different area of the bed than that which you fell asleep in?

Here are some more signs of parasite infection specific to these parasites:

  • Roundworms: intestinal cramping and/or fevers and chills
  • Pin worms: unexplained itching of skin, sometimes with an internal crawling-like feeling, vaginal itch and irritation that may also be present in the perianal and perineal areas. These worms tend to become active at night when the body is at rest. They are very common in children and appear around the anus as thready, white worms. Watch out for children scratching their bums, or backsides, complaining of itching.
  • Hookworms: known as the 2nd most common parasitic infection in the US. Symptoms include abdominal pain, chronic fatigue, lethargy, diarrhea, and anemia (usually unexplained).
  • Protozoa (amoebae): cause joint pain, most times diagnosed as arthritis, pain, dysentery, dehydration, and symptoms similar to leukemia.
  • Blood fluke (Schistosomiasis): these parasites cause severe liver problems, abdominal pain, lesions on the lungs, diarrhea, vomiting, and hemorrhages under the skin.
  • Tapeworms: can block the intestinal tract. Even 1 single worm can cause severe intestinal obstruction. This worm lays eggs sometimes found in the liver, and these have been mistaken for and even treated as if they were Cancer.
  • Giardia: pay close attention to the combination of these symptoms which show up after an incubation period of 1-2 weeks: nausea, diarrhea, cramps, fatigue, abdominal pain and weight loss.

And the numbers of those infected with parasites is shocking.

Trichomoniasis: the most common parasitic infection in the U.S., accounting for an estimated 7.4 million cases per year.

Toxoplasmosis: According to the latest article published by the CDC (Center For Disease Control), there are an estimated 1.5 million new Toxoplasma infections and 400–4,000 cases of congenital toxoplasmosis in the U.S. each year; 1.26 million persons in this country have ocular involvement due to toxoplasmosis. Toxoplasmosis is the third leading cause of death due to foodborne illnesses (375+ deaths). Toxoplasmosis has been found to also cause miscarriages.

So, are you at risk of acquiring parasites?

The CDC also proved in studies of 25 years that 1 in every 5-6 people selected randomly had 1 or more parasites. And guess what?… MOST KISSED AND SLEPT WITH PETS IN THE BED! Most ALSO ate pork, smoked fish, and raw fish (as in sushi), sausages and prosciutto. Sorry to break the news to you… Now, regarding pork. Please know the parasites that infest pork meat, of any kind or style, Do Not Die from cooking. There is NO degree of heat humans can use to cook their food that will kill the parasites that are in pork meat. Next, always, and I mean, always use toilet seat covers when using public bathrooms.

Since parasites have become resistant to antibiotics and many drugs, it is imperative the immune system be supported properly to help our defenses against parasite infestation. What you want is to release, eliminate, and cleanse parasites from the body, remove accumulated fecal matter, mucous and phlegm, and use anti-infectives to create an unfavorable environment for parasites. Parasites leave eggs behind, and so it is imperative to eliminate these also. I recommend the following for minimum 30-45 days:

Additional Tips: Drink only purified water. Bottled water preferably. Wash your vegetables and the greens for your salads thoroughly and eat a green salad daily. Avoid foods that ‘feed’ parasites and make them stronger as junk food, sugar, and dairy foods.
This you should already know, but always wash hands thoroughly with soap and warm water before each meal and after using the bathroom.

Natural therapies have proven time and again to be the effective treatments for these critters. Share this with others. Prevent Cancer. Prevent disease. And let’s do all we can to get back to Health!

Herpes. Do You Know Everything You Need To Know?

Sexually Transmitted Diseases (STDs) are way too common. And did you know that every year, as reported in the Huffington Post, 19 MILLION NEW CASES are reported in the US alone?  With time, STDs can cause you to become infertile or develop cancer of the reproductive system if nothing is done to treat them.

And as far as STD’s go, one of the most common is HERPES.  Herpes is scary.  Over 80% of the population that has it is unaware of it. And the infection can spread from person to person even without feeling any of the typical symptoms, or seeing any visible symptoms. But some people have figured out, regardless of what conventional chemical medicine says, that if you feed the body what it is missing, it can fight against viral invasion.

Before we talk about how to fight herpes, here are the latest 2012 Herpes statistics.  All statistics below are based on Americans 14-49 years old:

  • All: 16.2% (over 25 million; 1 out of 6) have genital herpes
  • (Note: 80% of all Americans have oral herpes)
  • Women: 20.9% of women have genital herpes
  • Men: 11.5% of men have genital herpes
  • Blacks: 39.2% of black Americans have genital herpes (48% of black women!)
  • Whites: 12.3% of white Americans have genital herpes
  • 80% of Americans with genital herpes (HSV-2) are unaware of their infection (which is why it’s important for everyone to specifically request the herpes blood test with their STD screening) . There is a definitive test called the IgG that looks for antibodies in the blood that would be present to specifically combat the herpes virus. This test can tell you which type of herpes you have, whether HSV1 or HSV2.  Either can show up on either the lips or genitalia, but 1 prefers oral and 2 prefers the genitals.
  • Up to 50% of new genital herpes infections are caused by HSV-1, mainly through cases of oral herpes being passed through oral sex

So how many types of Herpes are there?  There are two types of herpes, HSV 1 and HSV 2. But they’re just two strains to the same herpes virus. One strain has no stigma whatsoever and the other has entirely too much.

Oral herpes is known as the following:

mouth sores, “cold sores” or mouth herpes

  • HSV1 (or HSV-1)
  • Herpes simplex virus 1
  • Herpes type 1
  • Herpes A

Oral herpes/mouth sores is known as the common cold sore.  They are caused by HSV1 virus and are extremely contagious.   You can become infected by sharing eating utensils, kissing, towels, and drinking glasses.  80% of Americans have oral herpes, so there’s a clear lack of stigma.  HSV1 prefers to be in the drier mucous membrane of the outer mouth.  Mouth sores will show up about 20 days after the person has been exposed, and they show up as a series of red, pus-filled, painful bumps on the chin, nose or lips.  There is usually a sore also in the inside of the mouth.  Fevers and flu like symptoms that accompany the sores or bumps are not unusual.   The symptoms last about 2 weeks, the first week of oozing and severe pain, followed by a week where a scab forms and eventually falls off.  It can still show up on the genitals (if oral sex is given during an outbreak, for example).

After a fever or illness,  fever blisters or canker sores occur and are usually triggered by specific food allergies.  Food that cause these are high in gluten and arginine.  Iron and B-vitamin deficiencies are causes as well, and even toothpaste with Sodium Lauryl Sulfate.  These blisters and sores appear on the gums, inside the cheeks, or on the tongue and are grayish or yellowish.  Women experience canker sores most often because of PMS and hormonal imbalances.  Emotional stress and Crohn’s disease, from nutrient deficiency,  can also be causes.

Genital herpes is known as the following:

  • penis herpes or vagina herpes
  • HSV2 (or HSV-2)
  • Herpes simplex virus 2
  • Herpes type 2
  • Herpes B

Genital herpes has way too much stigma. 16% of Americans have genital herpes (1 out of 6). What shows up on people’s lips without a stigma is the same that shows up on the genitals with a stigma. Genital herpes can show up on the mouth, but is much less likely because HSV2 prefers to be in the warm, moist environment of the genitals.

This is the most widespread of all STD’s.  Even at birth, babies can pick up the virus risking blindness, brain damage, and even death.  Men tend to be more susceptible to recurrences than women, although studies show women are more likely to be infected.  Transmission is done through oral sex, intercourse, kissing, and even skin discharges.   What are outbreak triggers?  Poor diet (usually from excess levels of arginine in the body), food allergies, emotional anxiety, alcohol, drugs, sunburn, hormonal imbalances related to the menstrual cycle, a cold, and fever.

The first herpes outbreak is usually the worst most potent one.  Fever tends to set in accompanied by swollen glands.  All this because the immune system is rallying to fight the infection.  Sores, sometimes clear-fluid filled, or clusters of painful blisters above the buttocks, on buttocks, thighs and groin are accompanied by more fever, stiff neck, and headache, and swelling of groin lymph glands.  Patients describe feelings of also genital itch, the blisters of sores fester and swell, and shooting pains go through the legs and thighs.  Blisters burst or rupture in 1-4 days, then tend to slowly heal in 4-6 days.

I’m known to be blunt and direct.  And although some are not happy that I am so vocal about educating you in your options, please know I will always do everything in my power to do so.  Now, having said that.  Without being too technical with medical terminology, let’s use common sense…

I’ll ask this question:  Do you know anyone who has had the flu forever?  Well, do you?   Simply put, No.  Think about it.   Influenza (the flu) is a virus.   HPV (human papilloma virus)  is a virus.  And Herpes is a virus.  I believe I’ve made my point.  Just because there is no chemical pharmaceutical drug developed that cures the body of the herpes viruses, doesn’t mean something else can’t exist that can help the body heal itself from it.

Naturopathic Doctors/Holistic Practitioners, as myself, have, for quite some time now, used the following with patients and clients to help their bodies fight against viral presence.  In my years of naturopathic and holistic studies, this was passed on to me by my mentors:

SILVER SHIELD (15 bottles total)

SILVER SHIELD GEL (to apply externally to affected areas)

ST. JOHN’S WORT Time Release

Use all the supplements above combined for minimum 3-6 months.  Check your HSV1 and HSV2 blood test results and index numbers every 3 months until results show negative.  During this process, with a healthy whole food diet, reduced stress levels, and obviously WITHOUT re-exposing yourself to unprotected sex with a partner who has Herpes, as the body fights against viral presence there is a decrease in index numbers with each blood test.  Everyone is obviously different.  And the length of time needed to help the body fight against this virus is unique to each person.  Yet, the average time frame we have seen ranges from 3 months minimum to a maximum of 18 months for blood tests to show simply ‘exposure to’ HSV or negative for HSV.  Now, for a disease that so many have been living with for a long time, in many cases for years, I believe these few months of treatment are not long at all.   And yes. You do obtain a normal life again…

The body knows how to heal itself.   We just have to feed it what it is missing to do so.

HEPATITIS – A Modern Epidemic

Newly updated May 10, 2016.

The severe viral liver infection that has reached incredible epidemic proportions in the US, and now internationally, is Hepatitis. Sadly, many don’t know they have it.

According to WHO (World Health Organization) in a draft published November 13, 2015:

‘Viral hepatitis is an international public health challenge, comparable to other major communicable diseases, including HIV, tuberculosis and malaria. Despite the significant burden it places on communities across all global regions, hepatitis has been largely ignored as a health and development priority until recently.’

WHO also states that currently there are between 6 and 10 million cases of hepatitis. What is the current goal? To eliminate viral hepatitis as a major public health threat by the year 2030.

There are various types of Hepatitis:

Type A: The CDC has stated that well over 1/3 of people in the US show present or past infection of this viral infection passed by contaminated food or through feces and/or blood.

Type B: a viral infection transmitted sexually by dirty needles, semen, blood, saliva, and infects over 350,000 people in the US per year. T

Type C: a virus transmitted post-transfusion and affects close to 5 million Americans, about 250,000 new cases diagnosed each year.

Type D: caused by cytomegalovirus (of the viral group herpes virus) and Epstein-Barr virus.

Non-A, Non-B: also passed by transfusions, these are higher mortality viruses.

Symptoms of  hepatitis include: diarrhea, flu-like exhaustion, severe fatigue, loss of appetite to the point of anorexia, a congested, enlarged, painfully tender liver, dark urine, nausea, gray stools, depression, skin jaundice, irritated bowel, cirrhosis of the liver, digestive problems, abnormal skin paleness, and histamine itching.

How do you contract hepatitis? Over 92% of intravenous drug users are infected. And medical workers are definitely at risk. Conventional medical experts believe that hepatitis may have triggers that haven’t been discovered yet since hundreds of thousands of people with hepatitis C aren’t in any high risk group.

Intravenous interferon therapy has many side effects that can cause depression, infertility, severe fatigue and psychosis. Knowing the side effects of interferon therapy, many use natural alternatives to treat hepatitis with profound success.

I have recommended to patients and clients a natural therapy program that will cleanse the liver of toxins, heal liver tissue, inhibit viral replication, increase immunity and continuously support the liver, the vital organ known as the chemical plant of the body. To help the body heal and fight hepatitis, use the following supplements combined for 3 cycles:

HPV aka Genital Warts

Most people consider Sexually Transmitted Diseases a factor in choices they make regarding their reproductive lives and sexuality. And research shows 1 out of every 5 people in the US has a sexually transmitted infection. But some people have found a way of fighting off viral and bacterial infection with specific natural therapies. In this article the focus will be on a specific STD: HPV (Human Papilloma Virus), also known Genital and/or Venereal warts.
These are an extremely common sexually transmitted disease worldwide. A study in The Lancet shows it occurring at rates of 1% or more per year in people aged 16—35 years. HPV infects anal areas, ovaries, fallopian tubes, cervix, uterus and genital/vaginal areas. It plays a role in cervical cancer and can increase risk five-fold. And please know it is usually a result of risky lifestyle habits and a low immune system. Men can be carriers and have no symptoms. Abnormal PAP smears can result. And HPV increases the risk of anal cancer.
Other common risk factors are first intercourse at an early age, poor diet of fast food, smoking, and multiple sex partners.
