Yeast-infection-symptoms-in-men-and-women

Newly updated November 15, 2016.

Candida auris is a type of yeast causing severe infections in healthcare facilities and hospitalized patients in various countries.  This yeast is known to spread throughout the body by entering the bloodstream and causes other infections.  According to the CDC, an article published Nov. 4, 2016 states: ‘Candida auris has caused bloodstream infections, wound infections, and ear infections. It also has been isolated from respiratory and urine specimens, but it is unclear if it causes infections in the lung or bladder.’

Here is more…

Yeast infections. First, let’s begin with the women. Over 30 million women a year are diagnosed with them. That’s 75% of all adult women who will have had at least 1 vaginal yeast infection according to the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases. Of the 75%, 40-45% develop 2 or more infections in their lifetime. Yeast infections can be passed on from kissing also. Yes. It’s true. The bacteria is passed on in the saliva, and can cause stomach discomforts and symptoms such as nausea and vomiting, and can develop into mouth sores. Make sure the person you are kissing brushes, flosses, and uses antiseptic mouthwashes often. And when we’re talking vaginal yeast infections, we’re not talking about just one kind…

Vaginal yeast infections are many. A common characteristic of Candidiasis or Vaginal Candida is a vaginal smell of beer or bread, at times fishy, and a vaginal discharge with redness and itching all around the genitalia.

Leukorrhea is a yeasty infection when normal vaginal acidity is disrupted. leucorrhea symptoms are of inflamed, itchy vaginal tissues, a yeasty foul discharge, and sex is painful.

Trichomonas is known as a parasite passed on during intercourse. With Trichomonas the discharge is foamy, severely itchy, yellow and has a foul odor.

Vulvitis is an allergic reaction, fungal or bacterial infection that brings on a vulva inflammation. Vulvitis shows signs of swelling, itching, and redness with fluid-filled blisters in the vagina.

Bacterial Vaginosis– grows and thrives when vaginal pH is disturbed and thrown out of balance. A woman must be careful if she has anal sex. If fecal matter enters the vaginal tract, this bacteria can bring upon Bacterial Vaginosis and develop moderate itchiness and have a foul, fishy odor with white discharge. It may be surprising to many, but men get yeast infections! That’s right. As much as 13-16% of men get yeast infections. If a man has exposed himself, and had unprotected intercourse with an infected partner he can develop a Candida Penis Infection.

Candida Penis Infection infects the tip of the penis. And this infection is like a ping-pong effect. When one person gets treated, the other re-infects that partner and the infection keeps bouncing back and forth between them. This infection can cause: prostatitis (inflammation of the prostate), frequent urination, an inability to urinate, a dribble effect when urinating, and even a loss of sexual interest. Men who are most at risk are those with Diabetes.

So what are the causes of yeast infections? Using antibiotics for long periods of time, or prolonged exposure to antibiotics that weaken the immune system and cause imbalanced hormones. Spermicidal cream Nonoxynol 9 which aggravates Candida infections and kills the good friendly bacteria that protects the vagina and support good balanced pH. Candida is also caused by birth control pills and steroid drugs, eating TOO MUCH bread, a high sugar, refined carbohydrate rich diet, and a lifestyle very short on rest.

Eliminate the following foods for 4-6 weeks: Sugar and commercial sweeteners (except Xylitol or Stevia), trashed baked goods or gluten bread, dairy products (except for plain organic yogurt or kefir) fried foods, pickled, smoked, dried or cured meats, potatoes (all white, red, sweet) nuts, nut butters, mushrooms, fruits and fruit juices (except grapefruits, lemons, limes, frozen berries) dried or candied fruits, black tea, coffee, carbonated beverages, alcohol, vinegar, ND foods with vinegar. Avoid smoking tobacco, steroid drugs, antibiotics, and birth control pills.

DO EAT: steamed veggies (broccoli, onions, etc.) organic meats like poultry, seafood (well-cooked, not raw) olive oil.

When you use the recommended natural therapy program in 1-2 weeks you will feel the body begin to balance itself; foul odors are reduced or eliminated, vaginal discharge is diminished, irritations are reduced or eliminated, etc. Be careful of eating the wrong foods again too quickly. It will most likely be best to keep them at a reduced amount or cut them completely from your diet. Your body will let you know what does not agree with you…

Use the following combination of natural therapy solutions to treat yeast:

CANDIDA CLEAR

PARA CLEANSE (this must be used if dealing with Trichomonas)

INTESTINAL SYSTEM PACK

SILVER SHIELD GEL (apply inside the mouth and/or on yeast/candida sores in mouth from infection, apply to affected skin area, or insert vaginally until finished, about 2 weeks).

Use the above natural therapy supplements for at least 4-6 weeks.

  1. I experienced an all out yeast infection blowout a few years ago it was oral, between my fingers, and vagina. My diabetes was a bit out of control and i was eating a lot of breads. This was by far the worst ever. I definitely cut all bread, sugars, anything that would make it worst out my diet.

  11. I was told by my gyno that Trichomoniasis was an STI. My guy gave it to me. I am faithful, same guy for several years. He denied everything of course and even tried to blame me. I know you can’t catch Trich from toilets but I just want to point out that I don’t sit on toilets seats, not even my own I’m pretty much a homebody. The most danger I do is use Nair on my privates once in awhile.

    • It is a STD do that means he’s cheating on you. No matter how much he denies it he is. Trust me I know. I didn’t find out until years later but everything added up once I found out.

I told her when I reduced my carbs that I don’t have any problems but as soon as i load up on sugar and carbs my ph goes out of whack!!! I’m glad I came across this blog.
